Do I have to pay $4,500 upfront?

No. The $4,500 implementation is split into three monthly payments of $1,500 — one per month during the 90-day build. You are never asked for the full amount upfront. Month one starts when we do.

What exactly is included in the $97/month after implementation?

The $97/month covers your full platform access — all CRM features, pipelines, automations, website tools, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and more. What's billed separately: AI usage, SMS messages, and email sends (all usage-based, you pay only for what you send). Optional marketplace add-ons are available if you need them.

How much will I actually spend on AI, SMS, and email?

It depends entirely on how actively you use these features. A business sending 200 texts and 500 emails per month would spend roughly $4–$6 in usage fees. A more active user sending 1,000 texts and 5,000 emails might spend $20–$30. During onboarding, we'll estimate your likely usage based on your business so you know what to expect before your first bill.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

The implementation is a 3-month engagement — you're committing to the build. After that, the $97/month platform access is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time after implementation is complete.

What are the marketplace add-ons and do I need them?

The platform has an app marketplace with optional paid tools — things like advanced AI features, HIPAA compliance, and specialty integrations. Most small businesses with 1–10 employees don't need any marketplace add-ons. If something in the marketplace is relevant to your business, we'll surface it during implementation and let you decide before enabling it.

What happens if I already have a CRM I'm paying for?

When you switch to KaizenCRM, most clients cancel their existing CRM subscription — HubSpot, Salesforce, whatever it is. KaizenCRM replaces it entirely. We'll migrate your data and contacts as part of the implementation so nothing is lost in the transition. In most cases, switching to KaizenCRM actually reduces your total software spend.
