How many users or team members can I have on the platform?

You can have one user or one hundred users on the same KaizenCRM license. We do not charge per seat or per employee. Your entire team can work inside the system without additional user fees.

Are all features really included at $97 per month?

Yes. We do not gatekeep features. All tools are included in the monthly platform cost.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Platform access is billed monthly, and you can pause or suspend your account at any time.

Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly platform cost?

The $97 monthly platform fee includes full access to all CRM features. Additional usage-based fees apply for SMS, email, and AI services, which are billed based on actual usage.

There are also standard A2P registration fees required for business text messaging. These are carrier-mandated fees, not KaizenCRM fees.

We don’t hide costs or bundle them into inflated plans. Everything is priced à la carte, so you only pay for what you actually use — unlike platforms that roll usage fees into higher tiers or unpredictable overages.

What kind of support do I get if I don’t purchase implementation services?

You still have access to KaizenCX for platform support. You can reach out via email or phone with questions or issues. We don’t disappear if you’re only using the platform.

Can I add implementation support later?

Yes. Some clients start with the platform and add implementation or optimization support later when it makes sense for their business.

Is KaizenCRM new?

No. The platform is white-labeled and comes with a robust foundation of features. What makes KaizenCRM different is that you also have KaizenCX as your ongoing technology support.
